With a culture built around helping people thrive, we seek opportunities to do so every day: with our clients, our suppliers, our local community, and our own people. We consider responsible corporate behavior a given. We operate programs all over the world and recognize our global interconnectedness.
Along with our clients and suppliers, we encourage events that provide green and low-waste alternatives. We plan programs in which the participants can be positively involved in the community which is hosting their travels. We look for events which go “Beyond the Program” to contribute time, funds, and effort where needed, and at the same time instill participants with a sense of compassion and accomplishment for their efforts.
Looking inward, we channel our social responsibility in two ways. The first is focused on the individual employee, and helping them support their cause of choice. Secondly, we have quarterly corporate initiatives in which employees can participate in strengthening our bond with each other while giving back to the community.
Our volunteer policy allows employees paid time off to channel their energy for personal charitable causes. Individually, our employees have helped organizations such as PADS, Salvation Army, Honor Flight, Ride Janie Ride, Inner City Education Program, Alzheimer’s Awareness, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, MS Charity Walk, Illinois Leadership Seminar, Out of the Darkness-Suicide Prevention, Stephen Foster Elementary School, and Growing Power (Urban Farming), to name a few groups benefiting from the time that our employees have donated.
As a company, here are some of the organizations and causes we’ve contributed to:
- Feed My Starving Children
- Clean The World
- Backpack donations for at-risk school kids
- Make-a-Wish Foundation
- Community Food Pantries
